Our gymnastics classes start at 3 months and continue through school aged gymnastics classes: mommy & me fitness, mommy & me gymnastics classes, preschool gymnastics classes, school ages gymnastics classes. Our gymnastics classes start at 3 months and continue through school aged gymnastics classes: mommy & me fitness, mommy & me gymnastics classes, preschool gymnastics classes, school ages gymnastics classes. We start with solid gymnastics fundamentals: working out with your infant, increasing mobility and body awareness in our preschool gymnastics classes up to polishing and refining gymnastics skills in school aged classes. We will work on skills in each gymnastics event: bars, beam, tumbling, and vaulting skills. Our staff is trained to see each child's individuality and we strive to meet each child's needs. We believe that every child has an inner Gem that just needs a little polishing to make them shine. Come check out what we have to offer!

~Birthday Parties at GemNastics:
Book your birthday party with Gems! Come party with us! Enjoy structured play time in the gym, and private celebration time in our party area to enjoy time with your friends, enjoy presents, snacks and cake.
~Special Events at GemNastics:
We have special events occurring at the gym: open gym, parents night out, camps, and other events

~The Gems team is by invitation only. Team is for children that have shown exemplary gymnastics skills in class and are ready to further their skills. Team children work very hard and practice between 6 - 30 hours per week.
~Team consists of preteam, XCel, USAG Levels 4-10, TOPS, HOPES & Elite. We offer all Olympic disciplines of women
~The Gems team is by invitation only. Team is for children that have shown exemplary gymnastics skills in class and are ready to further their skills. Team children work very hard and practice between 6 - 30 hours per week.
~Team consists of preteam, XCel, USAG Levels 4-10, TOPS, HOPES & Elite. We offer all Olympic disciplines of women’s artistic gymnastics. Our gymnastics team practices year-round and competes in several gymnastics meets.
